Your Satisfaction |
We do everything we can to ensure you will be delighted with your goods, including sending all canvas customers a free proof image for approval before we make the final product. However things can and do go wrong and therefore we offer you a simple and straight-forward guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your product which is under our control (see paragraph below) then you contact us and we will put it right. If for any reason we cannot you will be offered the choice of another product or a 100% refund.
Please note that the quality of the image we reproduce is entirely dependent upon the quality of the image you send to us. If when we receive your image we consider it unsuitable for the product you have purchased for any reason we will contact you and explain, making alternative reccommendations. Please remember that whilst we can make minor alterations and corrections to you photograph we cannot make a bad image good, and therefore we cannot offer our guarantee on the grounds of poor image if this is reflected in the material which you have sent to us. |

Ordering
Ordering is simple, just go to the Sizes and Pricing page and select the product you want, you will then be directed to Paypal's secure payment site to pay by either Credit / Debit card or through a Paypal account. Once the transaction is complete please go to the Submit Photos page to send your photo; we will do the rest ! |
